Day 1 – First Meeting – I meet Calla, the owner of Distinctively Paint, who has been highly recommended to me by my girlfriend. My girlfriend’s finished cabinets are gorgeous. First impression – I feel like I have met a new friend who only has my best interests at heart. We discuss how I want my new kitchen to feel – do I like warm colours? Cool colours? Calla examines my 42 year old cabinets and declares they can do a lot to make them exactly what I want. She shows me where they can repair and how they can make them renewed. We tentatively choose a colour – Sand Dollar. Day 2 – Renewal – Calla and her crew arrive. Right on time. After examining the cupboards the crew are very responsive to all the blemishes and how they can repair them. Calla and I confirm the colour, warm – perfect. The crew work diligently all day. All the doors are removed to go to the shop for spray painting.Day 3 – one week later the cupboards are ready for reinstalling. Wyatt, another member of the company, works all day. He is polite and responsive to a couple of concerns I had – a small dent in a door, some repair work on another. My cupboards are old but Wyatt tells me he can fix these issues that are important to me, and he does.Wrap Up – I have gorgeous cabinets. I am impressed and confident you will be too. Calla’s company is Calgary owned and based. I have nothing but praise to report. The kitchen is the most important room in my new home, and it looks so inviting, I can’t wait to work in it.

I have to say I am very happy with the work done by this company. We had our upstairs trim and doors refreshed and wow does it ever make a difference. The crew I met was amazing and the quality of work is top shelf.

This company could not be more Professional. We unfortunately had a leak in our dishwasher shortly after having our kitchen painted. Distinctively paint stepped in to help us restore the damage that happened to one of the cabinets. This local company truly cares about their quality and customers.So grateful for their help and professional behaviour.

Distinctively Paint did a fantastic job of transforming my kitchen by removing the dark brown peeling Thermofoil from my cabinets and painting them a light cream color. It looks like a brand new updated kitchen. The quality of work was excellent. My only regret is not doing it sooner!

We could not possibly be happier with the job that Distinctively Paint performed on our 35 year old kitchen cabinets. They were so professional all the way through and we feel like we have a brand new kitchen for a fraction of what a renovation would have cost.
