Two-Tone Kitchen Cabinet Painting | Hale Navy & White Dove Transformation
Project Overview

Two-Tone Kitchen Cabinet Painting with Hale Navy and White Dove
This project included a full kitchen cabinet painting in professional spray coatings as well as a bathroom vanity and the kitchen window frames. This cozy, rustic kitchen received a complete style refresh with a professionally painted two-tone cabinet design. By combining deep navy blue lower cabinets with soft, creamy white uppers, the space was transformed into a brighter, more modern kitchen while still respecting the home’s original rustic character.
The homeowner wanted to introduce more colour and personality into their kitchen without removing their existing dark yellow oak cabinets. A two-tone cabinet painting approach was the perfect solution.
The lower cabinets were painted in Hale Navy, a rich and timeless dark blue that added depth and contrast. The upper cabinets and window frames were finished in White Dove, a warm off-white that reflected light and made the kitchen feel larger and more open. The basement bathroom vanity also received white dove, updating all of the original yellow oak cabinets in the home.
This colour combination allowed the original rustic wood elements to stand out while giving the entire kitchen and bathroom a clean, updated look. The result was a balanced design that felt both classic and fresh.
